This site tracks generic page viewing activity. There are several reasons for this:

1. How much effort that is being put into this site will be directly related to how successful it is. I'm not here for the ad revenue. I don't really need it. I'm doing this to help reach people and if it isn't really reaching anyone, then there is no point in putting in the vast amount of effort it requires.
2. In order to adjust web hosting requirements, we need to know how many people are viewing the website
3. In order to know the effectiveness of each Guest Authors, we need to know the amount of web traffic their posting is generating. If an author is very popular, expect them to be invited again and again!
